Prince William Co. Deed Book 21, pg. 258

This Deed granted this 30 day of Jan. in the year of our Lord 1831 Between
Lawrence Cole of the one part & Robert Tansill of the other part
Witnesseth. That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars in
hand paid by the said R. Tansill to the said L. Cole the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged he the said Cole has sold and conveyed unto the said
Robt Tansill & his heirs forever a certain lot of land for the use of a
burying ground said lot to be laid of on the west side of the garden now
occupied by said Cole & to embrace the Tansill Family now buried & to
contain one half acre & the said L. Cole bindes himself heirs & exor to
warrant & defend the said lot or piece of land to the said Robt Tansill &
his heirs forever.

In Prince William County Court May 6th 1851 this deed from Cole to Tansill
was acknowledged by Lawrence Cole and ordered to be recorded.
