Agency; Cert. 1266 issued 30 October 1832, at $20 per an. from March 4, 1831.) He applied 8 September 1832 from Fleming Co., Ky.; was b. 26, July 1764, in Prince William County Virginia; moved to Ky. in 1788 and had since lived there. He volntd. in Fredrick Co., Va., in March 1781, and served three months under Captain Hyskill; marched from Fredrick Co., with 500 prisoners taken by General Morgan to Lancaster, Pa., where they were discharged; volntd. in June 1781 under Captain Marcus Calimiss and served three months; was discharged at Williamsburg, Va. Agnes Summers applied 27 July 1846 from Fleming Co., Ky., as the wid. of John Summers, Rev. War pensioner, who d. 13 August 1835, and to whom she was married in Fredrick Co. Va., 26 October 1786.
