In the name of God Amen the 2nd Day of October 1734
I Jacob Gibson of the above County being of parfit mamory thanks be to God at this time and 
calling to mind that is apinted for all men once to dy I recomend my soull to God that gave 
it and my Bodie to the Earth to be buired after a disant like maner at the Discrason of my 
aators

Imprimis I Give and Bequeath to my Son Jacob Gibson my Gray Hors that I had of Margerit 
Russell.

It I Give and Bequeath to my Son Abraham Gibson one Young Gray Horse caled Darrick and my 
Bridell & Sadell

It I Give & Bequeath to my Daughter Mary Parker one young Hofer

It I Give & Bequeath to my Daughter Sarah Lambarth one yaling

It I Give & Bequeath to my Daugher Jane Turner one young mair

It I Give & Bequeath to my son Isack Gibson one young Cow

It I Give & Bequeath to my Daughrer Ann Gibson one young Cow

It I Give & Bequeath all the Remainder part of my estate to my loving wife Jane Gibson Land 
and Livings to be disposd after hur one discration and furder I do apint my wife to be my 
hole and sol asitor and I do desire my estate should not be brout to apraisment but that it 
may be divided according to my will by some of the nighbors I witness my hand and seell this 
2nd day of October 1734

At a Court held for Prince William County the twenty first day of May 1735
This Will was presented into Court by Jane Gibson wid. Excutria therein named who made Oath 
thereto & being proved by the Oaths of the Witnesses thereto subscribed it is admitted to 
Record and on the Motion of the said Jane and the performing what is usual in such Cases 
Cirtifuate is Granted her for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form.

Know all men by these presents that We Jane Gibson Leonard Barker & Valentine Barton are held 
& firmly Bound unto Denis McCarty Gent the first Justice in the Comission of the Peace for 
Prince William County for and in behalf & to the sole use & behalf of the Justices of the said 
County and their Sucessors in the sum of forty Pounds to be paid to the said Denis McCarty 
his Exicutors Administrators and Assigns to the which payment well & truly to be made we bind 
ourselves & every after & every of our Heirs Exicutors and Adminstrators jointly & severally 
firmly by these Presents sealed with our seals
