HYNSON, of Manassas, Virginia, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me: ITEM ONE: Should my wife, Estelle G. HYNSON survive me, I will bequeath and devise to her my entire estate, after the payment of my debts, funeral expenses and administration charges. ITEM TWO: Should my said wife, Estelle G. HYNSON, survive me, I nominate her executrix of this my will, and I direct that no security as such be required of her. ITEM THREE: Should my said wife pre-decease me, I will, devise and bequeath my entire estate, after the payment of the above charges, to my two sons, John L. HYNSON, R. Bruce HYNSON, my daughter, Stewart SLAYBAUGH, and my grand-daughter, Ester(sic.) Warren (Pattie) BRADSHAW, share and share alike. It appearing to the clerk of the aforesaid Court that R. S. HYNSON, white, a married man, 78 years of age, died testate at his home in the Town of Manassas, Prince William County, Virginia, on the 2nd day of September, 1945, and that the said R. S. HYNSON, at the time of his death, had a mansion house and known place of residence at Manassas, in the said County of Prince William, Virginia, and now on this 6th day of September, 1945, a writing bearing the date of the 4th day of August, 1941, purporting to be the last true will and testament of R. S. HYNSON, deceased, is produced before the aforesaid Clerk in his office and duly proved by the oaths of Harry P. DAVIS and Robt. A. HUTCHISON, two of the attesting witnesses (the other attesting witness, John BROADDUS, not being available) who first being duly sworn, did depose that the said R. S. HYNSON had signed the said writing in their presence, and in the presence of the other attesting witness, John BROADDUS, they all being present at the same time as and for his last will and testament and that they, at his request, had signed the same in his presence, and in the presence of each other as attesting witnesses, and that the said R. S. HYNSON, at the time of the execution of said will was of sound mind and disposing memory and fully capable of making a valid will............... A list of all the heirs of R. S.
