(This is probably the same "Cate" given to Nehemiah's wife, NILEY LYNN.)] At a Court of Quarterly Sessions held for Prince William County March 1st, 1824. This last will and testament of NEHEMIAH LYNN deceased was presented to the Court and it appearing by the Testamony of JOSEPH R. LYNN and SEYMOUR LYNN that the said will is all in the hand writing of the said NEHEMIAH LYNN the same is ordered to be recorded and administration with the said will annexed of the said NEHEMIAH LYNN decd. is granted to JOSEPH C.
