LYNN being of sound mind but weak in Boddy and knowing the certainty of death and uncertainty of life do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. First I desire that my Boddy shall be decently Buried by the directions of my Executor herein after named and that he shall pay all my just debts and after my Estate is all collected together I desire that my Executor shall pay to each person here after named one Eleventh part as follows, to THOMPSON LYNN my Father one eleventh and to DELIA LYNN wife of THOMPSON LYNN one-eleventh to MORTIMER N. LYNN my brother one eleventh to WILLIAM M. LYNN my brother one eleventh to MILTON LYNN my brother one eleventh to my sister MARGARET DAVIS one eleventh to SALLY F. LYNN my sister one eleventh to MARY C. DAVIS one eleventh to CARLINE I. LYNN my half sister one eleventh to ALBERT LYNN son of my father THOMPSON LYNN one eleventh to HARVEY LYNN son of my father THOMPSON LYNN one eleventh. I appoint my uncle SEYMOUR LYNN to sell my land cal[l]ed Briddle place for the best price he can in money and divide it as my Estate heretofore named it is strictly desired by me that my bed and all the clothing belonging to the same is not to go into the hands of my Executor here after named not to be considered as a part of my estate divided as I desire that the bed and clothing shall be taken possession and held by my sister SALLY F. LYNN as her property separate and apart from her share here to fore named. Lastly I appoint my friend and uncle SEYMOUR LYNN my Executor to this my last will and testament.
