Biography of F. I. Smith - Pulaski Co. VA F. I. SMITH--born in Wythe county, Virginia, in 1856, came with his parents to Pulaski county in 1878. He is the son of Jesse F. and Sibbie (FATICE) SMITH, and his father now owns a farm of 500 acres, worth $150 an acre, in this county. The farm owned and titled by F. I. consists of about ninety acres, worth forty dollars and acre. In this county, in 1880, he married Dove LOOMAN, who was born in Pulaski county in 1855, and is the daughter of Abram and Elizabeth S. (HARRIS) LOOMAN. Of their union two daughters were born: Maggie A., September 18, 1881, and Ella May, January 29, 1883, Allisonia, Pulaski county, Virginia, is F. I. Smith's postoffice address.
