Naturalization of Richard James, 1886 Richard James, witnesseth oath and says that he is a native of Wales, aged Forty-five years, that he is a Mason, and that it is his bona-fida intention to become a citizen of the United States of American (in which country he has been a resident for 12 years) and to relinquish and renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, potentate, State or sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of Great Britian and Ireland.
