Bently to appear before the Justices of the County Court of Pulaski County at the Court-house, on the first Monday of July Court next, to show cause, if any she can, why the road from Martin's Station to Robinson's tract on the line between David C. Kent and Franklin Bell on the motion of D. C. Kent should not be opened and established over her lands as proposed. And have then there this writ. Witness LYNCH A.
