Darst to View Route for New Road, 1858 - Pulaski Co. VA Virginia: At a Court held for the County of Pulaski the 6th day of May, 1858. On the application of David C. Kent, it is ordered that John C. Darst, one of the Commissioners of roads of this County, to view the way proposed by said Kent for a New Road from Martin's Station to Robinson's tract on the line between said D. C. Kent and Franklin Bell and report to Court timely and impartially the conveniences and inconveniences that will result as well to individuals as to the public generally, if said road should be approved and established as proposed and especially whether any yard garden or orchard or any part thereof will in such case have to be taken.
