Will of William T. Allison, 1896 Pulaski County, Virginia WB4 Pg 575 12th June 1896 Last will and testament of Wm. T. Allison In the name of God Amen. I William T. Allison of Pulaski County and State of Virginia being of sound mind hereby make this my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary A. Allison all of my personal property and personal Estate consisting of horses cattle and other domestic animals also my farming implements tools and different kinds of grain that may be in my possession at the time of my decease. I also give, bequeath and devise unto my said wife Mary A. Allison the following real Estate to wit: First all that I now own (about 160 acres) of the tract of land conveyed to F. Allison by deed from Johnston Bauer [?] of record in Deed Book No 3 page 115, also second, all the tract of land to me granted by J. A. Allison and wife containing fifty acres more or less of record in Deed Book No 5 page 382 & 383 and third also the Ruskin tract containing 119-1/2 acres granted to my by the Lead Mines Company of Wythe Co. VA Capt. John Raper agent and all said deed being of record in the Clerks Office of Pulaski County. In Witness whereof I have subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 12th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety six. W. T. Allison late of this County was this day presented in open Court, and was proven by the oath of Aquilla Moon and Lee Quesenberry two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and therupon ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of the said William T. Allison deceased. And there being no Executor named in said will upon the motion of Mary A. Allison the court doth appoint H.B. Allison Administrator of the said William T. Allison deceased with the will annexed, whereupon the said H. B. Allison together with Mary A. Allison by her duly authorized attorney in fact J. E. Moon entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $2000.00 conditioned according to law and the said H.B. Allison took the oath prescribed by law Certificate is granted the said H.B.
