James T. Anderson Estate - Pulaski Co. VA J. C. WYSOR, Attorney-at-Law. Newbern, Va. It appearing to the court that James T. Anderson, a citizen of this county has departed this life and that all of his property is in this county and the he made a will devising all of his property to Mary E. Barnett and Sarah J. Anderson, but appointed no executor in his will, and that no administrator with his will annexed has been appointed, the court doth, upon the motion of said Mary E. Barnett and Sarah J. Anderson, appoint J. C. Wysor Curator of the estate of said decedent, James T. Anderson, until administrator thereof be granted who may demand, sue for, recover and receive all debts due to said decedent, and all his personal estate, and have all other powers appertaining to a Curator of a decedent, and requires of said Curator a bond in the penalty Ten Thousand Dollars, conditioned according Page 2 to law for the performance of his duties, and thereupon the said J. C. Wysor took the oath prescribed by law as such Curator, and with George L. Carter as his surety entered into a bond in the penalty of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the faithful performance of his duties conditioned according to law.
