All mineral rights, land, water rights, etc. Accepted by the above My 7 Children W.F.Farris; C.H. Farris Jr.; H.A. Farris; J.T. Farris; Joanna Allison; Rhoda J. Farris and James Henry Farris and any other children that may be born of my present wife, Louvenia Farris. My intention to give equal shares to all my children who are now living or may be born and that my said wife, Louvenia Faris, shall have a childs part with them. Each to have 1/8 part. Sons: W.F. Faris and C.H. Faris Jr. out of 595 a. known as the Carnahan Survey. 198a adj. lands recently deeded to me. Sd. 198a to be divided between them, quantity alone being considered. Daughter Rhoda J. Faris, afflicted... In the State Hospital at Marion, VA. Appoint son H.A. Faris, wife Louvenia Faris trustees of Rhoda J. Faris. They shall collect her share and pay in quarterly installments $125.00 applied to necessities, clothing and comfort and to invest any extra. Rhoda is to get her share and the $125.00 yearly payment to equal $3000.00 If minerals, water, etc do not make up the difference then it shall come out of the other heirs bequests. Son: James Henry Farris and any such children might be born of my marriage to Louvenia, bequeath and divise all of my lands of Big Reed Island Creek in Pulaski County, Va not already disposed of by me by deeds to my sons C.H. Faris, Jr. W.F. Faris and including my mansion house and lands therewith recently deeded by me to my son H.A. Faris and by him reconveyed to me, except mineral rights, etc. Further to James Henry and my unborn child from my marriage to Louvenia all livestock farming implements appliances, all money, notes, bonds, stocks, debts and personal property except 1/3. By reason of having made a purchase from my wife, Louvenia Faris, for the sum of three thousand dollars cash all of her interest which she now has or might acquire by reason of my death from land, 1/3 of household (except no mineral or water rights) Nominate and appoint my sons W.F.
