Atkins Cemetery Location: On Fodder Stack Road Northeast of Washington, Virginia, on Route #628. Rappahannock Co., Virginia DATE: 1833. Date of the oldest grave. OWNERS: Eastham Dearing Estate, present owner. (1936) DESCRIPTION: A private burying ground, enclosed by a cement wall, it has been nicely cared for. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: The following inscriptions were copied from the stones in the Dearing Cemetery: Alfred Dearing Born Mar. 22, 1791 Died Mar. 15, 1858 George Dearing Born Dec. 27, 1830 Died Sept. 21, 1848 Eliza A.
