9 Janry 1694/5 - John Powell and Michal his wife of he county of Richmond 
deed to Wm Hill of the county of Northumberland, 150 acres in Farnham 
Parish, Richmond Co, adj "on the side where Martin Ham'ond and Job Hamond 
lives on and running the whole breath of Hezechia Turners land".
Witnesses: Michalle Connell, Rich'd Doudy and David Conner
Rec: 22 May 1695

Assignment 30 Apr 1695. Wm Hill and Ann "my wife" of the county of 
Northumberland, assign to Richard Flint all right and title to above.
