The Auditor of Public accounts made to him in person or by attorney shall give to the said William Bradston a warrant for forty dollars for his own immediate relief to be discharged in like manner as other pension warrants. Attest John Stewart C.R. Rec'd warrant for forty dollars. William Bradston (his mark) ****Bradston was wounded at Battle of Brandywine on left side, attested to by James Nusill; appointed Andrew Thompson as his lawful attorney. **Above pounds found on list in this file. 22 January 1801 Willison Gott appointed attorney. I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that, William Bradston is continued on the list of pensioners with his former allowance, commencing on the first day of January one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine.
