Widow: Sarah

I do, with the advice of this Council, hereby certify that Sarah Edmonds, widow 
of David Edmonds, who was a soldier in the Virginia State Navy and died in the 
service of the same,  is continued on the list of pensioners with an allowance 
of eight pounds yearly, commencing on the first day of January 1793.  Given 
under my hand as Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, this 
27th day of June 1795.
