I do, with the advice of this Council, hereby certify that Philip Evans  late a 
private in the Virginia State in the late war  and in the received wounds in the 
line which have rendered him unable to support himself by labor and is placed on 
the list of pensioners  , is continued on the list of pensioners with an 
allowance of ten pounds yearly, commencing on the ffifteenth day of December 
1791 pursuant to an act by the General Assembly on that day passed , allowing 
provisions to County pensions therein mentioned.   Given under my hand as 
Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, this  6th day of June 
1795.
