      I do, with the advice of this Council, hereby certify that Robert Ferguson 
is continued on the list of pensioners with an allowance of twelve pounds 
yearly, commencing on the first day of January 1790.  Given under my hand as 
Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, this 2nd day of January 
1797.
