Be it enacted by the General Assembly that the auditor of Public Accounts shall be, and he is hereby authorized and required to issue to George Willis, who, by reason of wounds received while in military service in the course of the late war and has been rendered unable to support himself by labour, a warrant for the sum of sixty dollars for his immediate relief, to be dischardge by the Treasurer out of any money in the Treasury not therewise appropriated by law.
