I David Austin of the parish of North Farnham and County of Richmond, being sick in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and constitute this my last Will and Testament in manner and form Following (to witt) After my body being decently buried, I Committ my soul to Almighty God who gave it. I give and devise my Estate as follows ~ Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved son Chatman Negroe Ned and a Girl by the name of Patty and her future Increase forever ~ Item. I give to my beloved son Orville Negroe amy and her eldest son Simon and her future Increase forever ~ Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved son Thomas Eliza and one boy by the name of Billy and her future Increase forever ~ Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved son David Winney and her son by the name of Miles and her future Increase forever ~ Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved son Warner Maria and a boy by the name of Guy and Marias future Increase forever ~ Also Its my Will and desire that my son Warner shall have Amy's Child by the name Watt ~ Again its my Will and desire that the residue of my of my (sic) Estate shall be sold and the money arising from such Sails to be Converted to the payments of my Just Debts, and the overpluss to be divided Equally among all my sons above mentioned. Also it is my Will and desire that my beloved friends Thomas Plummer and John Dudley are Constituted Executors of this my Will and Testament. This last Will and Tstament of David Austin decd. was presented in court by John Dudley, one of the Executors therein named, and being proved by John Smith and Henry W.
