I Mary Dalton of the Parish of Northfarnham in Richmond County being sick & weak of body but in perfect Sound Sense of memory thanks be given to God for the same. I do make & ordain this to be my Last Will & Testament in the following Manner & Form. Imprimis: I give & bequeath unto Mary my Daughter the wife of Jonathan Lyell & the heirs of Thos. & Mary lawfully begotten that plantation whereon the said Jonathan Lyell & his wife Now Dwells unto the old bounds Survey’d & made by Capt. Thoms. Barbor Surveyor of this County. Item: I give unto my Grandson Marmaduke Stanfield & his heirs Lawfully begotten One hundred Acres of Land which his father Thoms. Stanfield did formerly agreed with me for, which said Land is lying between the Land Survey’s by the said Barbor & a line of marked trees made by Mr. Thoms. Dow & Mr. John Williams for the Dividing Line between the sd. Thomas Stanfield & the Land whereon Henry Miskell now lives. Item: I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Winifred the wife of Henry Miskell & her heirs Lawfully begotten for Ever all that Plantation whereon the Thos. Miskell & Winifred his Wife Doth now Live to the dividing Line made between the said Miskell & the afores’d Standfield & Joyning to the Land of Capt. Leroy Griffin then along the Line of Thoms. Draper to the Line of lWilliam Brockenbrough decd., then along the line of Thomas Dowder to the afores’d dividing Line between the afores’d Miskell & Stanfield.
