I do give my Soul to God who made it hoping through Jesus Christ to receive pardon and ??? for all my sins. Next I do give my body to thy. Earth to be decently buried and as to Worldly Estate I do give and bequeath as followeth. I do Give and bequeath my fifty akers of Land more or less to be equally divided between my Loving Wife two Sons Wm. Manear and Usher Manear. Imprimis I do give and bequeath unto my Loving Wife & Daughter Cathrin Manear the best feather bed and furniture that belong to me. Item I do give and bequeath unto my Loving Wife’s oldest Daughter Ann Manear a (???) feather bed furniture. It is my desire that all my whole Estate may be divided between my dear Loving Wife and my four Children - only except the Legacies that I leave to my Children and I desire that my last Will and Testament may be performed to all interests and meaning.
