Will of Thomas Tune (Toon)

"In the name of God amen.  I Thomas Toon of Richmond County of Perfect sence and
memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form
following, Revoking all others Heretofore made.  It is my will and Desire that
my wife shall have the use of my whole Estate During her Life or widowhood and
then to be Dispursed of as followeth........

Item  I Give and bequeath to my son Travers Toon one Negro Fellow Named Daniel.

Item  I give and bequeath to my son Kester Toon one Negro Garl named Jenny to
him and his Heirs forever, also one Ovil Table , one Feather bed and furniture,
one Cow and Calf, and my gun.

Item  Its my Will and Desire that all the Residue of my Estate be Equally
Divided among my three Daughters Elizabeth Davis, Sarah Milner and Ann Barnes. 
I hereby nominate and appoint my son Kester Toon my sole Executor of this my
last will and Testament in Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 30th day of February 1762.

At a Court Held for Richmond County The 6th Day of March 1769

This Will was Presented in Court by Kester Toon Sole Executor Therein named who
made oath thereto according to Law and being Proved by the oaths of the Witnesss
or thereto was admitted to Record and on the motion of the said Extr. Giving
Security , a certificate is Granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in Due
form Whereupon The said Kester Togeather with His security Entered into and
acknowlodged their bonds for him the said Kester His Just Executorship of the
said Descendents Estate according to Law.
