Virginia, City of Richmond, to wit:

I, Samuel McCraw, notary in and for the City aforesaid truly admitted and
sworn do hereby certify and make known unto to all to whom these shall or may
concern that William David Esquire whose signature to the five several
affidavits endorsed? upon the five several papers hereto annexed is, and was
at the time of granting, the same Mayor of the City aforesaid and that to all
acts by him done as such free faith and credit is and ought to be given as
well in as out of court.

IN TESTIMONY whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Notarial seal
in the City of Richmond this thirteenth day of July in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and five and in the thirtieth year of the
Commonwealth.
