KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we, Moses Davis & Mary Davis, wife to the said Moses Davis, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid by William Marshall of the City of Richmond, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and forever quit claim and by these presents do remise, release, and forever quit claim to the said William Marshall . . .
