RICHMOND, VA - DEEDS - William Duval to Alexander Quamier, 6 Feb 1806

THIS INDENTURE made this sixth day of February in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and six between William Duval of the City of Richmond
of the one part and Alexander Quamier of the City aforesaid of the other part.

WITNESSETH that the said William Duval for and in consideration of the sum of
thirty pounds current money of Virginia to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained and sold aliened and
confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell alien and confirm
unto the said Alexander Quamier his heirs and assigns forever an half acre lot
lying on the north of Bacon Quarter branch and ...
