County of Henrico, VA  

THIS INDENTURE made this twelfth day of March in the year one thousand eight
hundred and six between Thomas Pulling and Mary his wife of the County of
Henrico of the one part and Moses Davis of the City of Richmond in the county
aforesaid in the State of Virginia of the other part.

WITNESSETH that for an in consideration of the sum three thousand dollars
current money of Virginia to them the said Thomas Pulling and Mary his wife in
hand paid by the said Moses Davis at and before the sealing signing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.  They,
the said Thomas Pulling and Mary, his wife, have and by these presents as
aforesaid.....
