Will: James Bilberry, City of Richmond, VA (1806)

I, James Bilberry, do make this my last will and testament.  I give and
bequeath to Aggy sometimes called Aggy Bilbery, all the ground of which I may
die (do?) possessed near the bason of the canal, exclusive of the land which I
have contracted to convey to Smith & Word and all the personal property of
every description whatever of which I may also die possessed.

GIVEN under my hand & seal this fourteenth day of August, eighteen hundred and
six.

                         At a Monthly Court of Hustings 
                  & Held for the City of Richmond at the Courthouse on
                          Monday the 9th day of February 1807

This Last Will and Testament of James Bilberry, deceased, was proved by the
oaths of James Rowland and Charles Word, witnesses thereto and ordered to be
recorded.
