City of Richmond, to wit:

We commissioners appointed to settle James H. Synch's Executorship account on
the Estate of Richard Bowler, have proceeded to examine, state and settle the
same as above mentioned, and we find a ballance due the said Synch of £20.8.0.

Notes: Spelling errors have not been corrected.  Some punctuation and
paragraphing have been added for ease in reading.  The transcriber believes
that "Dr" in the second line stands for "Debtor" based on another similar
document which spelled it out.  This portion of the document appeared below a
Will which I was copying and it is included here in the event it may be of
interest to those researching the Bowler name or Synch name.  Since the
writers of this time period make their S's and L's almost identical, it
appears that Synch is correct but could be Lynch.
