        We, the undersigned, being two of the commissioners named in the annexed 
        order of the Hustings Court for the City of Richmond, have proceeded to 
        examine, state, and settle the account of administration of Thomas Underwood 
        upon the estate of Thomas Dillard, deceased, and find a balance to be due 
        from the said Underwood of £20-5-9.  Given under our hands and seals this 
        14th day of September 1807.
