RICHMOND, VA - WILLS AND ESTATES - Peter Price, 20 Mar 1793 --------------¤¤¤¤¤¤-------------- IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I Peter Price of the County of Henrico, being of perfect health and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows, to wit: I give all of my estate be it rayall (real) and personal to my beloved wife Salley Price to her to do as she may think fit. I also give to her all speareys? of property that may fall to me by any areship? whatsoever, or other ways or means. I do appoint my (son?) Elisha Price and my brother William Price and my beloved wife Salley Price my whole and sole Executors to this my Last Will and Testament. Peter Price March 20, 1793 At a Monthly Court of Hustings Held for the City of Richmond at the Courthouse the 12th day of December 1809 This paper writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Peter Price, deceased, was presented in court and there being no subscribing witnesses thereto, Henry Banks and Jedediah Seeds were sworn and declared that they were well acquainted with the hand writing of the decedent and verily believed that this, the said paper writing, together with the name and date thereunder written, were wholly written by the Testator's own hand, whereupon the same was ordered to be recorded.
