KEFAUVER CEMETERY - ADDITIONS - Roanoke County, Virginia

Located on Rt 116 in Roanoke City which was Roanoke County 
when the cemetery was in use. It is now nothing but a broken 
down cement wall and  grown over with weeds. At the time I 
am writing this, January 2000, it is doubtful if any tombs 
are left.

It was reported by his lawyer that Peter Kefauver who
came to Roanoke from Frederick Co, MD, and the father
of the one child buried here, was also buried here 
in 1814.

THE FOLLOWING RECORDS WERE TAKEN FROM ROANOKE CO DEATH RECORDS. THERE
IS NO TOMB FOR THEM HERE, BUT SINCE THEIR GRAVES HAVE NOT BEEN FOUND
AND THIS IS THE FAMILY GRAVEYARD ON THE PROPERTY OF PETER KEFAUVER, I
AM PLACING THEM HERE WHERE OTHERS ARE BURIED. THIS MAY BE HELPFUL FOR
PEOPLE WORKING ON THIS FAMILY.
