Submitted by: Louise Perkins perkins@digital.net John C. Green, Plaintiff, against Nannie C. R. Green, Defendant This cause this day came on to be heard upon the Bill, the same having been taken for confessed ?, and the cause set for having at the Rules upon order of publication duly executed against the Defendant, the examination of a witness and who argued by the Plaintiff Counsel. On consideration whereof the Court is of opinion that the desertion and adultery charged in the bill and satisfactorily established by the proof, and doth therefore adjudge order and decree that the plaintiff be and he is hereby perpetually divorced, (a vincuto matriano nio) from the derfend- ant, and their marriage is to him wholly dissolved and be permit ted to marry again as if said marrige between himself and defend- ant had never been contracted and solomized, but the defendant being the guilty party, the bond of matrimony as to her shall be deemed not to be dissolved as to any future marriage or any prosecution on account thereof.
