TO THE WORSHIPFULL COURT OF ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY

We your petitioners beg leave to represent to you that we have kept open an
high way from Mr. Jack Evenses to the County Line Near James Rowans for
Many years which is of great Utility to us and others and as the sd highway
is about to be intercepted we hope your worships will grant an order of
Court for the sd high way to be kept open Eighther at our Expense or
otherways as your worships shall think better and your petitioners shall
pray
