William Haddan, Plaintiff vs. Richard Williamson Defendant
          In Trespass
     "Plaintiff by his attorney and thereupon came also a Jury. (to
wit) Robert McElheny, John Grigsby, John Millar, John Wallan, Henry
McLaughlin, Samuel Wilson, Samuel Wilson, Jr., Henry Millan, Samuel
Dickson, William McCampbell, John Nelson, Alexander Stuart, who
being elected, tried and sworn, will and truly to enquire of the
Damages in this suit, do assess the same to Five Pounds binds costs. 
Therefore it is considered by the Court that the Plaintiff recover
against the law Defendant his Damages aforesaid, in form aforesaid
assessed also his costs in his behalf expended and the said
Defendant in mercy & c."
