Humphreys: One third part of the crop of oats and one half of the hay all now growing on the farm of Mrs. Ellener P. Withrow in the County of Rockbridge and Stte of Virginia which said Jas. Conner is croping on the shares, in trust to secure a note to Patterson & Gilkerson for seventy five dollars Ed June 14th 1852 and due the 15th day of August 1852 which note the said James Connerdesires to pay and in case it shall not have been paid by the 1st day of January 1853 it is commanded tht the said Howard A. Humphreys advertise the time and place of sale and proceed by way of public auction for cash the aforesaid property and out of the proceeds of the sale to pay first the expenses of carry this trust into effect and then to pay the note above specified with interest and the residue to be paid to said James Conner.
