Tract of land on Kerrs Creek located 5 1/2 miles from Lexington, adjoining Geo.
W. Smith, M. R. Sheltman, and others, containing 56 1/2 acres on which parties
of 1st part reside.  Conveyed to Robert Ruly by R. A. Campbell under decree in
cause ofd John W. McCaleb vs. W. J. C. McCaleb & c.  (Conveyed now in trust to
S. H. Moore for $193.00 due)
Due one year from date.
