$52.50, tract of land on Black's Creek adjoining David Ford and others. 
Conveyed to Ruley by Jas. C. Black and others 10 May 1873.  Sold by Ruley to
Austin Smith (colored) and now sold by Smith to Clark.  8 1/2 acres.
