Rockbridge County, VA Deed Book 117, pp. 97.

8 June 1914
     R. T. Dixon and M. M. Dixon his wife, and N. M. Dixon and Carrie B. Dixon
his wife to R. T. Ruley for $916.75, land on Kerrs Creek District on waters of
Whistle Creek, adjoining J. T. Dixon, Geo. P. Lam, an others.  Two tracts, one
= 5 acres, 40 poles and one = 17 acres, 107 poles. (plat this page)  {See will
book 30, p. 36)

Parties of 1st part reserve a right of way for a roaad from their other land
through and over the 17 acre 107 pole tract to a road leading through sd
Ruley's other land towards Ebenezer Church.
