$193.00 (31 Oct 1888) and lein on 56 1/2 acre tract on which Robert Ruley now
resides. (Deed Book 52, p. 467).  6 March 1893.

11 Sep 1884, Chancery Cause John W. McCalbe and others vs. W. J. C. McCaleb.
     59 acres including the orchard of 2 acres, 2 rods, 12 poles.  Tract ws
purchased by Robert Ruley.
(Deed Book 88, p. 173).  Robert Ruley and wife 28 May 1890, conveyed to Jos. M.
higgins, 4 acres 115 poles (a part of this tract with an open way to the public
road)  (Deed Book 101, p. 70, Higgins and wife to John E. Ruley)
16 Aug 1892, Robert Ruley conveyed to his wife Louisa A. Ruley the remainder of
about 56 1/2 acres for $300.00 asumption of debt of $193.00
     Louisa A. Ruley departed this life intestate July 1917 leaving aforesaid
children as only heirs.  Robert Ruley died intestate a good many years before
his wife.
     Parties of 3rd part desire chain of title complete.  16 Sep 1918.

     Otho P. Saville land on South side of road leading to T. V. Saville's
