         Both tracts acquired by R. T. Henderson 9 May 1922 (Deed Book 134, p.
399) also recorded in Botetourt.

1910 (Deed Book 110, p. 8) see plat.
     2- 206 Acres known as America Reid land lies south and west of
aforementioned tract acquired by W. M. Ackerly from R. P. Hederson 21 Sep 1914
(Deed Book 118, p. 231).
     Right of way reserved over tract #1 to enter from public highway [also
mentions cannery]
Life estate to Jacob M. Painter then to Ira H. Painter.
