     A. T. Shilds, Clerk of Circuit Court to W. M. Ackerly
          Surounded by lands of W. M. Ackerly, J. M. Painter, and S. Saville's
heirs.
Said to contain 155 Acres more or less.
     Deed Book 86, p. 428 contains a survey of this land, dated december 1897. 
Gives desctiption, says 200 Acres more or less.
