Rockbridge County, VA Deed Book 170, p. 370.

13 November 1937
     W. P. Coleman, Special Commissioner to W. M. Reid, 529.98 Acres
          19 October 1918, R. T. Henderson purchased from Hugh A. White and
Wallace Ruff, Special Commissioner in chancery cause of Henderson's heirs vs.
Henderson's heirs.
     Tract known as John F. Henderson Farm with exception of 66 Acres known as
Wymer tract (in Botetourt).  R. T. Henderson obtained this land and conveyed to
O. C. Ackerly, 25 Acres.
     21 June 1921, R. T. Henderson conveyed to N. R. Moomaw with exception of
66 Acres tract known as Wymer Tract in trust to secure Margaret Henderson (now
Shafer) payment of bond of $1521.97.
     Margaret Henderson recieved all of farm including Wymer tract except that
sold to O. C. Ackerley then sold to W. M. Reid with exception of Wymer tract.
