Bounded by lands now or formerly owned by Painter, Saville's hrs., and others. 
Conveyed to W. M. Ackerly by tax deed, 13 Oct 1923.  Deed Book 142, p. 100.
     Discovered to contain 200 Acres more or less that than only 155 Acres.
