     Jesse E. Douglas (nee Reid) and T. V., her husband, Iona O. Cooley (nee
Reid) and F. M. her husband, Taylor J. Reid and Margaret Meek Reid his wife,
Edna M. Tucker (nee Reid) and R. M. her husband, Nannie E. Bess (nee Reid) and
J. E. her husband, Ruby M. Reid to Charles W. Reid.
     Two tracts
          1- adjoining C. D. Shorter, J. L. Black and others, containing 135
Acres
          2- adjoining W. S. Shorter's heirs, Samuel V. Turpin's heirs,
containing 100 Acres
     Nannie E. Bess reserved her interest in 1st tract.  (see Deed Book 78, p.
267) [heirs of Joseph V. Reid]
