     Thos. S. Moore trustee for Robert Wilson, Hugh W. Mackey, James Montgomery
Daniel Ruth securities and John B. Ruley, constable 1833-38, also to James F.
Harper & James A. Poague in deed of trust 13 Nov 1838 and Thos. Ayres of other
part.
     Thos. S. Moore by virtue of deed of trust dated 9 Jan. 1840 did make sale
of the land of said John B. Ruley lying near House Mountain and containing
about 140 acres.  Robert Wilson, Hugh W. Mackey, and James A. Poague's admr.
became purchasers and sold 3 March 1851 to Thomas Ayres for $700.00.
