acting as agent for "my brothers and sisters" their entire interest
in their father's estate, consisting of land of William Tolley
deceased.  One share of lands of William Tolley deceased, lying upon
the headwaters of Blacks Creek, adjoining John Clark, Sr., Henry
Ayres, and others.  Purchased by William Tolley deceased from James
Hall.  60 acres for $10.00.

constituting the farm on which said Jefferson C. Deacon now resides.
