Rockbridge County, VA Deed Book MM, p. 21
  
	21 Aug 1868, S. McD. Moore, Commissioner to James P. Tolley, 30
acres.  By Decree 13 Apr 1859 in case of John M. Wilson and wife vs.
John Barclay¹s heirs.  Moore was ordered by the Commissioner to
convey certain parcels of land which said J.M. Wilson as
Commissioner had sold to different persons out of a tract called the
30,000 acres tract by deeds with special warranty and said Wilson
had sold a small tract out of said 30,000 acre tract to Charles
Campbell, and said Tolley has become entitled to the 30 acres, part
of tract sold Campbell, corner J.C. Laird's heirs, corner Stuart
Taylor.
