By order of Superior Court of Chancery holden at Staunton made Novemebr 1805 in the case of Borden's representatives against Bowyer & c, the said Samuel Clarke was appointed trustee for the purpose of selling all the lands remaining unsold which belonged to the estate of Benj. Borden the Elder; and in order to enable him to make conveyances thereof to the purchasers, Robert Harvey & wife were directed to convey to him, the legal estate in and to the said lands, as will more fully appear, reference being had to the said order, and whereas Harvey & wife in pursuance of the said order the lands therein mentioned to the said Clarke by deed bearing date the 12th day of February 1806, on record in the office of the late District Court at Staunton. Bogan for sum of $27.50, dated 25 November 1828, assigned by sd. Bogan to sd. Luckess in case the same cannot be covered by sd. Dilman.
